Finley Farms is a cozy, family-oriented community consisting of 373 lots. We are located on the southwest corner of Elliot and Greenfield Roads in Gilbert, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix. Our community is 15 miles southeast of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and 5 miles west of Williams Gateway Airport with convenient access to AZ State Route 202 and U.S. 60.

Children in our community Kindergarten through sixth grade attend Finley Elementary while those in grades seventh and eighth attend Greenfield Jr. High. High School students are served by Gilbert High. All three schools are part of Gilbert Public Schools.

Finley Farms is managed by a volunteer group of homeowners from within the community whom are elected to serve on the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is assisted in their administration of the Association by a contracted property management company, currently City Property Management.
